1. Does ifw work for the insurance companies?
   
   No, ifw works for the insured party (homeowner/property owner). We work in coordination with your insurance provider to ensure a complete recovery, but we do in fact work for you, the homeowner/business owner.
   
   
2. Do I (property owner) have a choice of which restoration company I can use?
   
   Yes, you may choose which restoration company will work on your property. Insurance companies may have a "preferred vendor" list, but they cannot force you to use any particular company. The majority of our work is paid by insurance companies, but you are our customer.
   
   
3. Do you (ifw) guarantee your work?
   
   Yes, we stand behind all of work and we guarantee it for one year.



4. Will you provide me with an estimate for my claim?
   
   Yes, as soon as we assess the job, your insurance company will expect a ball park estimate from us. Your insurance adjuster uses the same pricing guidelines and applications we utilize; therefore, the prices listed on our estimate are the standard prices allowed by the insurance company.
